- Program Graduates will:
- Document and enhance contract readiness to pursue procurement tier 1 and tier 2 opportunities with increased aptitude for contracting

- Prepare to qualify for 8(a), HUB Zone, and DBE business certifications and complete applicable local, small and minority business enterprise certifications
